By combining his hands and heart, Dr. Ryan believes health and wellness is a journey of progress and improvement.

Dr. Ryan understanding of Chiropractic has changed immensely as he has grown. As a child he was adjusted so that he could breathe better and have a stronger immune system. In High School Dr. Ryan was adjusted to heal faster, enhance his athletic performance, quicken his reflexes and improve his body’s balance. Now Dr. Ryan sees chiropractic as a way for your body to shine brightly. Life is light and the life force that creates, animates, and heals is transmitted to every cell, tissue and organ via the nerve system. Interference to the transmission of your life force dims your body’s ability to express life. If you truly wish to excel and live fully, Chiropractic must be an essential part of your life. Dr. Ryan’s sole purpose as a chiropractor is to allow that inner light to shine brightly.

Lisa Burnham, Office Manager

I was born in Chicago, IL. I have always been interested in how the body works and heals itself. Both my parents were orthopedic specialists so I was exposed to healthcare and chiropractic at an early age. I studied Nursing and Biology at The University of Central Florida and later decided to go back to school for a Physical Therapy. I have over 20 years experience in the chiropractic and healing arts. I’ve been in Key West for 5 years and am still in love with the fact that I can sail or paddle board anytime of the year here. And, of course, the beautiful weather here is a bonus.

After going under chiropractic care, I realized that I felt more aligned, grounded and connected to my body. “The true power of chiropractic is not just about getting short term relief, but about turning on your body’s innate self-healing power on all levels” (Khalsa). Not only can using this natural approach help ease the pain away, but it has the ability to fix the underlying issues that are expressing outwardly as pain in the first place. I love observing the chiropractic healing process of the practice members, and after each adjustment, watching everyone evolve to become the best version of themselves.
